So at first glance, the poem is a little weird...Then I read Carl Solomon's biography and then it kinda made a bit more sense considering the fact that he smoke peyote while writing part two, frequently experimented with other drugs as well, and spent some time in a mental institution. Solomon also formed a strong interest in Eastern religions and their mantras and chants. I feel that the constant repetition of "who" in part one, "Moloch"( Anyone know who that is?) in part two, and "I'm with you in Rockland" could possible represent that idea of a mantra or chant.
What do you guys think?

Quick clarification: The poem is written by Allen Ginsberg. He dedicated it to his friend Carl Solomon.
